Whatever doubt you may have, there’s good chance you’re not the first one having it. Here we listed all the frequent questions we have been asked by our clients.

When planning a full award program, it’s best to start a minimum of 6 months in advance of your event date. The concept, design, samples and final production can take some time. We also do awards in 4 weeks and can rush pieces for last minute events in as little as 2 weeks.

We do everything from a basic printed certificate to a cast trophy, which is what you see on TV for televised events. We are truly a one stop shop for calligraphic scrolls, certificates, crystal, medallions, plaques, trophies and much more.

Most of our awards are made right here in the USA, in our Connecticut factory. We have a full staff and production team in this location. We also handle all of the shipping and fulfillment right in this factory.

We are based in New York in downtown Manhattan. Our executive staff travels frequently to meet with clients across the country to places such as D.C. and Chicago, so location is never a barrier to working with The Award Group.

We can work with any budget. Certificates and plaques can be made for under $50 each. Special pieces such as calligraphic scrolls in elaborate frames can run up to $500. Awards can be made for everywhere in between these numbers.
