Many of the clients that come to us know that they need awards, but they don’t know where to start! The Award Group will partner with you every step of the way. Here are some of the questions we often get:

How long will it take?

Our team is committed to providing our customers the most efficient and fastest service to get your custom award or award plaque in your hands quickly. Events can be stressful; alleviate the burden of one aspect by planning ahead. We have a line of plaques, crystal and desktop awards that can be turned around in 4 weeks. Many of our clients come to us 4-8 weeks prior to an event.
If you are starting an entire award program, it’s wise to allow 4-6 months. This allows for concept, design, revisions, manufacturing, and shipping.

What do you need from me to get started?

We only need some basic information starting with the number of recipients, type of recipient, budget and event date. A dedicated salesperson will then contact you for more information to help our designated graphic design expert to come up with a custom design. All of our designs are free of charge! You will be asked about your preference for certain materials, desktop or hanging award, type of recipient, etc. You can then go back to your team to gather that information. The Award Group will then present 2 to 3 custom designs.

How much does it cost?

We can work with any budget! Some type of monetary range is required to get started. If you can work with your team to decide if a range of $50 to $100, $100-$150 etc is feasible, that will make the process a lot smoother.
Certificates, small plaques and desktop awards can all be done for the $50 to $100 range. Custom cast trophies like you would see on televised events are usually considered one of our high end pieces.

What are the awards made out of?

Many factors go into the material of an award. You have to consider the weight for shipping, durability, where the award will be placed and much more. We work with crystal, metal, marble, wood and lucite to name a few materials.

I need awards, but can you make other items like certificates too? Yes! One of the biggest benefits of working with The Award Group is that we are a one stop shop for recognition needs. We have a full line of products such as certificates, plaques, trophies, lapel pins and much more. One call or email is all that is required to replenish your awards or place the order for the following year. Consolidating vendors alleviates your workload immensely.
